Cross-Country Skiing / Snowshoeing.

Walk out your door and explore. Over 60 kilometers of groomed trails will lead you through some of the most captivating country you’re likely to see. From scenic vistas to pine forests these trails will give you a thrill you’ll look forward to on every visit.

The cross-country ski trails climb on and over "Giants Ridge" which straddles the Laurentian Divide with superb overlooks of the scenic Embarrass River, Wynne Lake, and Sabin Lake. Much of the trail system lies within the Superior National Forest. The Giants Ridge trail system is one of the finest in North America.
